Gift cards are available for purchase in person at Clutch Good & Gifts, located on the first level of Chicken Ranch Casino Resort, and online.

Cards may be purchased in amounts up to $500 using cash, debit, or credit. Coop Reward comp dollars cannot be used.

Where can I use my gift card?

Gift cards are accepted at the hotel, all dining outlets, bars/lounges, and Clutch Goods & Gifts. They may not be used for gaming.

How do I use my gift card?

Simply present your card at checkout. It will be swiped just like a debit or credit card.

Can I use my gift card to cover tax and gratuity?

Yes! Gift cards purchased with cash, credit, or debit can be used for taxes and gratuity.

What if I need to return something I purchased?

Returns should be made at the original point of purchase. Refunded amounts will be credited back to the gift card and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Do gift cards expire?

Purchased gift cards never expire in accordance with California law.

Can I get cash back or return a gift card?
